This card, Call, would benefit a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering that focuses on stalling the game and generating incremental advantage. While creating four 1/1 flying tokens can be useful for chump blocking or applying pressure, there are better options like Lingering Souls or Spectral Procession that provide more value for a similar cost. Call could see play in specific decks looking for token generation, but it may not be a top choice in competitive environments due to stronger alternatives available.

When resolving a fused split spell with multiple targets, treat it as you would any spell with multiple targets. If all targets are illegal when the spell tries to resolve, the spell doesn’t resolve and none of its effects happen. If at least one target is still legal at that time, the spell resolves, but an illegal target can’t perform any actions or have any actions performed on it.
