A one‑mana red instant that grants flashback to an instant or sorcery in your graveyard would primarily benefit spell‑dense graveyard decks, such as Izzet Phoenix, Storm, Prowess, or other spellslinger/combo archetypes that naturally fill the graveyard and want to reuse efficient spells for value or combo turns; it’s especially strong with cheap cantrips, rituals, or burn spells, effectively turning your graveyard into an extension of your hand for a turn.
