Kiora's Follower would be a great addition to a Simic ramp or control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides untap utility for mana acceleration or to reuse powerful activated abilities. While it is a solid card for its cost, a more competitive option might be Seedborn Muse, which untaps all permanents during each player's untap step. However, Kiora's Follower could still see play in more budget-friendly or synergistic decks that rely on untap effects.
