Mockingbird, Ace Agent would fit best in a white-based Heroic or “target-matters” aggro deck—similar to Heroic strategies from Theros or modern Boros/Selesnya pump shells—where you run cheap protection and pump spells like *Gods Willing*, *Defiant Strike*, or similar effects to both trigger its counter ability and push damage; double strike makes +1/+1 counters scale extremely well, turning each trigger into a significant damage boost.
