A deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, such as a red-green werewolf tribal deck, would benefit from using Neck Breaker. The card provides a powerful boost to attacking creatures and encourages casting multiple spells, which can easily be achieved in a deck with a low mana curve and plenty of cheap spells. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Neck Breaker's ability to transform and potentially provide additional benefits makes it a strong contender for inclusion in such a deck.
