Brilliance Unleashed would fit best in an Izzet (blue‑red) artifacts or spells-matter deck, especially one built around sacrificing or self-milling artifact creatures and reanimating them for value, since it doubles as removal and recursion; it’s particularly appealing in Commander where flexibility is prized and artifact synergies (like with Saheeli, Jhoira, or Mishra-style builds) are common. However, at six mana (4UR), it’s fairly expensive for competitive formats—cards like **Trash for Treasure**, **Goblin Engineer**, or **Daretti, Scrap Savant** provide more efficient artifact recursion, while **Abrade**, **Prismari Command**, or **Chaos Warp** offer cheaper interaction, and **Refurbish** or **Emry, Lurker of the Loch** can be more mana-efficient for reanimation strategies.
