Redwing Token, as a cheap flying attacker that enters tapped and provides repeatable surveil 1 on attack, would fit best in a tempo or midrange deck that cares about graveyard setup, card selection, or attack triggers—especially in blue-black (Dimir) shells that leverage surveil for synergy with flashback, delve, reanimation, or graveyard-based threats. However, as a token creature (and entering tapped), it’s inherently low impact compared to stronger one- or two-mana evasive creatures like **Faerie Mastermind**, **Spectral Sailor**, **Ledger Shredder**, or even **Network Disruptor**, all of which either generate more value, apply more pressure, or don’t enter tapped.
