Balustrade Spy would be a good fit for a mill deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it helps to put cards from the opponent's library into their graveyard. This can disrupt their strategy by depleting their resources. However, there are more efficient mill cards available, such as Hedron Crab or Glimpse the Unthinkable, which can mill more cards at once. Balustrade Spy could see play in a budget mill deck or as a backup option, but more competitive decks may opt for stronger mill cards.
