Shadow Urchin would fit best in a Rakdos (black‑red) aristocrats or sacrifice‑value deck that actively wants its creatures to die and can turn counters into upside, especially builds using undying/persist creatures, modular creatures, or creatures that already enter with counters so the blight 1 drawback becomes fuel; it also pairs well with sacrifice outlets like Woe Strider or Goblin Bombardment to control when countered creatures die and convert the exile‑to‑play trigger into burst card advantage.
