This card, Sheltering Light, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing protection and card selection for a key creature. While it is a solid choice for its mana cost, a potentially better alternative could be Gods Willing, which also grants protection from a chosen color in addition to scrying. However, Sheltering Light could still see play in decks looking for a more budget-friendly option or additional copies of similar effects.
