While it provides a quick board presence with three flying Spirit tokens, there are potentially better options like Lingering Souls or Raise the Alarm that offer similar effects at a more efficient cost or with additional utility. However, Spectral Procession can still be a strong inclusion in decks looking to overwhelm opponents with evasive threats and synergies with other token-based cards.
