Rooftop Percher would fit best in slower midrange or control decks that can take advantage of a five‑mana evasive creature with incidental graveyard hate and life gain, particularly in Changeling/tribal-synergy builds (like decks leveraging “creature type matters” cards such as those with tribal lords or cards like Realmwalker) or metas where small amounts of graveyard interaction are relevant; however, at five mana its impact is fairly modest, since exiling only up to two cards from graveyards is minor compared to stronger graveyard hate stapled to creatures like Graveyard Trespasser (more efficient and disruptive), Skyclave Apparition (more flexible removal), or even Angel of Finality (which can exile an entire graveyard for the same cost), and for pure value or pressure there are typically stronger five‑mana flyers in most formats, so while it could be playable in casual tribal or Changeling-focused Commander decks, it is unlikely to see competitive play unless the tribal synergy sp
