Naya Initiative is a variant of the Ramp archetypes featuring Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl. Not unlike the Gruul versions, the deck aims to accelerate mana with this combination of cards to play powerful bombs, but instead of focusing on spells like Cascade, it aims to extract value from the Initiative mechanic with Goliath Paladin and Avenging Hunter.
The Decklist
This is the most standard recent list. The splash of doesn't seem to offer much to the Maindeck: while Paladin is a good card, giving up options like Boarding Party or Annoyed Altisaur in these slots seems like a considerable loss.
The sideboard, however, gains important tools: Thraben Charm is a multimodal card that's still very effective in the Metagame, while Armadillo Cloak can easily finish games against Aggro/Burn, not to mention Guardian Naga, a removal against artifacts and enchantments that we can find with Malevolent Rumble.
Maindeck

Pauper's most efficient Ramp package today.
The interaction between Arbor Elf and forests enchanted by Utopia Sprawl or Wild Growth enables some of the most explosive turns in the Naya Initiative, as we can jump from one mana on the first turn to four on the second, allowing us to cast Writhing Chrysalis and follow it up the next turn with Avenging Hunter.

Sagu Wildling works better than Generous Ent as we have a greater need for colored mana in this version. Casting Omen allows searching for any basic land and put it into your hand, while the creature has an efficient ETB against Aggro and a relevant body with Flying against Faeries.
Malevolent Rumble temporarily accelerates mana with an Eldrazi token while digging deep for a Payoff. Essential for a list where 54 maindeck cards are permanents.

Three-mana drops for games where we have Arbor Elf or Wild Growth without access to another piece.
Eldrazi Repurposer puts a token into play when it enters and has a decent body for its cost, while Jewel Thief works best as a manafix and has an excellent mix of evasion and immediate impact.

The payoffs.
Writhing Chrysalis hasn't lost its place as Pauper's best creature yet. It has a decent cost and an effective body that grows as we sacrifice Eldrazi, plus it has Reach to deal with Faeries and avoid traditional answers like Pyroblast.
Avenging Hunter grants Initiative while also pulling damage against the opponent even in the face of blockers, while Goliath Paladin operates best as a hard-to-remove blocker that also triggers Initiative.
Nyxborn Hydra turns any creature into a win condition with the right amount of mana, grants evasion, and also has Reach for matchups against flying threats.

Thraben Charm is our choice of interaction. We could opt for Ram Through or another card, but the flexibility of dealing with creatures in the same slot as we respond to the Spy Combo in the maindeck and/or delay Mono Blue Terror or High Tide seems most effective when we have the splash of .
Sideboard

Pyroblast remains the standard answer against predominantly blue archetypes, such as Faeries, Tolarian Terror, High Tide, Familiars, and others. It's also the cheapest removal we can have against Cryptic Serpent.
Breath Weapon is the format's main sweeper against go-wide strategies like Mono Red Rally, Elves, and Faeries. It also works against Bogles in the early turns and/or if we remove the right enchantments with other cards.

The extra copies of Thraben Charm are essential against graveyard-reliant archetypes, work well against Bogles, and can serve as spot removal in some matchups.
Relic of Progenitus complements the graveyard hate package, being a permanent that we can find with Malevolent Rumble and cast in the same turn.

Guardian Naga can also be found with Malevolent Rumble and has an Adventure that also deals with Artifacts and Enchantments.
Armadillo Cloak turns any large creature into a clock that most Aggro decks can't handle while granting evasion to the enchanted threat.
