About Get the Point

Get the Point, Instant, designed by Steve Argyle first released in May, 2020 in the set Ravnica Allegiance. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.49.

A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting your opponent's creatures would benefit from using Get the Point in Magic: The Gathering. While it offers a versatile removal option with the added benefit of scrying, there are potentially better options like Terminate or Dreadbore which provide more efficient removal at the same mana cost. However, Get the Point could still see play in decks looking for additional card selection and removal in a multiplayer or casual setting.

Rules

01/25/19

If the chosen target becomes an illegal target for Get the Point, the spell doesn’t resolve. You don’t scry 1. If the target is legal but not destroyed (most likely because it has indestructible), you do scry 1.
