The card you describe is normally **Kindred Dominance** (costing **{5}{B}{B}**, not {5}{W}{W}), and it benefits most in a tribal Commander deck—such as Zombies, Elves, Dragons, or Angels—where nearly all of your creatures share a type and survive while opposing creatures are destroyed. Its major weakness is its seven-mana cost and narrow, creature-only effect, so in most decks **Wrath of God**, **Damnation**, **Austere Command**, or **Farewell** are generally better because they are cheaper, more flexible, or exile creatures and other permanent types; **Vanquish the Horde** can also be cheaper in creature-heavy games. Kindred Dominance should see play as a powerful one-of in dedicated tribal Commander decks that can reliably preserve a large board, but it is usually too expensive and situational for nontribal or competitive decks.
