About Necrite
Necrite, Creature — thrull, designed by Drew Tucker first released in Nov, 1994 in the set Fallen Empires and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.50.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and aims to control the board by removing key threats would benefit from including Necrite. However, there are more efficient options available, such as Terror or Doom Blade, which offer similar creature removal at a lower cost without the need for sacrificing the creature. Necrite could see situational play in decks looking for specific synergies or additional sacrifice effects, but overall, it may not be a top choice for competitive play due to its limitations compared to other removal options.
Rules
04/15/13
An ability that triggers when something “attacks and isn’t blocked” triggers in the declare blockers step after blockers are declared if (1) that creature is attacking and (2) no creatures are declared to block it. It will trigger even if that creature was put onto the battlefield attacking rather than having been declared as an attacker in the declare attackers step.
