A self-mill or graveyard recursion deck would benefit from using Nephalia, as it helps fill the graveyard and provides a consistent way to return cards to your hand. However, there are better options available such as Mulch or Grisly Salvage for self-mill, and Eternal Witness or Regrowth for graveyard recursion. Nephalia could see play in casual or budget decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient options.
