About Nephalia
Nephalia, Plane — innistrad, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in Jun, 2012 in the set Planechase 2012 Planes and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.42.
A self-mill or graveyard recursion deck would benefit from using Nephalia, as it helps fill the graveyard and provides a consistent way to return cards to your hand. However, there are better options available such as Mulch or Grisly Salvage for self-mill, and Eternal Witness or Regrowth for graveyard recursion. Nephalia could see play in casual or budget decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient options.
Rules
06/01/12
Nephalia’s first ability doesn’t target any card, and players don’t get priority to cast spells or activate abilities in between putting cards into your graveyard and choosing a card to return.
