About Prahv
Prahv, Plane — ravnica, designed by Drew Baker first released in Jun, 2012 in the set Planechase 2012 Planes and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A control deck that focuses on casting spells and gaining card advantage would benefit from using Prahv, as it provides a way to gain life while maintaining a defensive position. However, there are better cards available for similar effects, such as Sphinx's Revelation, which allows for a larger life gain and card draw without the restrictions of Prahv. Overall, Prahv may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations compared to other options.
Rules
06/01/12
Prahv only cares about the turn-based action of declaring attackers. If an effect allows you to put a creature onto the battlefield attacking, you can cast spells later that turn.
