A deck focused on noncreature, non-Vehicle artifacts would benefit from using the Ghirapur card, especially in an aggressive strategy looking to turn those artifacts into powerful Vehicles with trample and haste. However, in a competitive setting, there may be better options available such as Smuggler's Copter which provides immediate value and is more versatile. Ghirapur could see play in a more casual or themed deck where its unique abilities can be fully utilized.
