Aphetto Grifter would be a great addition to a Wizard tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, where you can take advantage of its ability by tapping two untapped Wizards to tap down your opponent's key permanents. While Aphetto Grifter is a decent option for this strategy, a stronger alternative could be Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, which not only taps down permanents but also provides additional control and disruption.
