Ensnaring Bridge, Artifact, designed by Pete Venters first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 12 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 11.41.
Ensnaring Bridge is a powerful card that can be beneficial in decks that aim to control the board by limiting the ability of opponents' creatures to attack. Decks that focus on stalling the game and drawing cards, such as control or prison decks, would benefit from using Ensnaring Bridge. However, there are other cards like Ghostly Prison or Propaganda that offer similar effects and may be more versatile in certain situations. Whether Ensnaring Bridge should see play depends on the specific strategy and meta of the deck it is being considered for.

Ensnaring Bridge’s effect checks the number of cards in your hand only while a player (including you) is declaring attackers. Once a creature has legally attacked, changing its power or the number of cards in your hand won’t remove it from combat.
