About Floodgate

Floodgate would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stalling the game and controlling the board with a high number of Islands. However, there are better options like Wall of Denial or Wall of Frost that provide more reliable defenses without the drawback of dealing damage upon leaving the battlefield.
