Nightclub Bouncer would be a valuable addition to a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a disruptive element with its ability to bounce an opponent's nonland permanent while also increasing the cost of recasting that permanent. However, in a competitive setting, there may be more efficient options available such as Venser, Shaper Savant, which offers a similar effect with more flexibility. Nightclub Bouncer could still see play in more casual or themed decks where its unique ability fits the strategy.
