About Possessed Skaab

Possessed Skaab, Creature — zombie, designed by John Stanko first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Origins. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 6.90.

A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and control would benefit from using Possessed Skaab, as it provides value by returning a card from the graveyard to your hand and has the added benefit of being exiled instead of dying. While Possessed Skaab can be useful in certain strategies, there are potentially better options available such as Snapcaster Mage or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy, which offer more versatility and power in a wider range of situations. Ultimately, whether Possessed Skaab should see play depends on the specific deck and strategy being used, as well as the overall synergy with other cards in the deck.

Possessed Skaab’s last ability will apply no matter what caused it to die (lethal damage, being sacrificed, enough -1/-1 counters, and so on). Possessed Skaab won’t go to the graveyard. It will be put from the battlefield into exile. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature dies won’t trigger.
