A control or midrange deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy and utilizing their resources would benefit from using Psychic Intrusion in Magic: the Gathering. While Psychic Intrusion can be a powerful tool for stealing key cards from the opponent's hand or graveyard, there are arguably better cards such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that provide more immediate and efficient hand disruption. However, Psychic Intrusion could still see play in certain metagames or as a fun and unexpected inclusion in a deck looking to play mind games with the opponent.
