Undead Sprinter would be a strong addition to a Rakdos aggro deck that focuses on sacrificing non-Zombie creatures for value. The ability to cast it from the graveyard after a creature dies can provide a sudden burst of power and speed to finish off an opponent. However, there are better cards like Bloodghast or Gravecrawler that offer more consistent graveyard recursion and value in a Zombie tribal deck, making Undead Sprinter a situational choice that may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
