About Silkwrap

Silkwrap, Enchantment, designed by Adam Paquette first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.01.

This card, Silkwrap, would be beneficial in a white-based control deck that aims to remove smaller threats efficiently. While Silkwrap is a decent removal option for low-cost creatures, there are better alternatives like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares that offer more versatility and permanent removal. Silkwrap could see play in budget decks or as a sideboard option in specific metagames where exiling low-cost creatures is crucial.

Face-down creatures have a converted mana cost of 0. If one is exiled by Silkwrap, it will return to the battlefield face up.

If a creature token is exiled, it ceases to exist. It won’t be returned to the battlefield.

If Silkwrap leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, the target creature won’t be exiled.

In a multiplayer game, if Silkwrap’s owner leaves the game, the exiled card will return to the battlefield. Because the one-shot effect that returns the card isn’t an ability that goes on the stack, it won’t cease to exist along with the leaving player’s spells and abilities on the stack.
