You cannot have any more white cards in your deck for this combo to work. Use Sacred Guide's ability to reveal cards from the top of your deck until you reveal a white card. Since your deck will have no other white cards, Sacred Guide will exile your entire deck. Use Jace's ability to draw a card and, since you have no cards to draw you'll win the game.
