The Ambassador Oak card would be beneficial in a green creature-based deck that focuses on generating tokens and building a wide board presence. While it provides value by creating an additional creature upon entering the battlefield, there are potentially better options like Avenger of Zendikar, which has a more impactful token-generating ability. Ambassador Oak could see play in casual or budget decks, but may not be as competitive in more optimized or higher-level Magic: the Gathering formats.
