Mox Poison, Artifact, designed by Dan Frazier first released in Aug, 2024 in the set Mystery Booster 2 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that aims to win quickly through poison counters, such as an infect deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from using Mox Poison as it provides a mana of any color for free. However, the drawback of getting two poison counters each time it's activated may not be worth it in most cases. There are better cards like Mox Sapphire or Mox Jet that provide mana without the downside of poison counters, making them more efficient options. Mox Poison may not see much play in competitive decks due to its drawback.
