Emblem of the Warmind, Enchantment — aura, designed by Paolo Parente first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 58.70.
This card, Emblem of the Warmind, would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that focuses on quickly overwhelming the opponent with fast creatures. While it provides all creatures you control with haste, there are potentially better options such as Fervor or Hammer of Purphoros that offer additional benefits like granting haste to all creatures, not just the enchanted one. However, Emblem of the Warmind could still see play in decks looking for redundancy in haste effects or in strategies that specifically benefit from enchantments.

Although this is an Aura, Emblem of the Warmind has no ability that specifically references the enchanted creature.
