Un mazzo focalizzato sul controllo di creature e artefatti di alto valore mana, come un mazzo basato sul controllo o sul furto, trarrebbe beneficio dall'uso di Juxtapose in Magic: the Gathering. Mentre Juxtapose può essere situazionale e rischioso a causa della possibilità che il tuo avversario scelga un permanente meno prezioso da scambiare, ci sono altre carte come Bribery o Control Magic che offrono un controllo più consistente e diretto sulle creature dell'avversario. In definitiva, Juxtapose potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore per il gioco competitivo ma potrebbe essere un'aggiunta divertente e inaspettata a un mazzo informale.

If one of the players doesn’t control a creature at the time the exchange would be made, that part of the effect does nothing, but the exchange of artifacts will still happen. Similarly, if one of the players doesn’t control an artifact at the time the exchange would be made, that part of the effect does nothing.
