Sobre Se avecina el miasma

Se avecina el miasma, Conjuro, diseñada por Deruchenko Alexander lanzado por primera vez en May, 2020 en edición Battle for Zendikar. Actualmente se vende al precio más bajo de $ 26.03.

Un mazo enfocado en controlar el tablero con eliminación de criaturas y estrategias basadas en tierras, como un mazo Golgari o Jund en Magic: The Gathering, se beneficiaría al incluir Rising Miasma. Aunque puede servir como un borrado de tablero al reducir el poder y la resistencia de todas las criaturas, la habilidad de Despertar proporciona un valor adicional al convertir una tierra en una criatura con contadores +1/+1. Sin embargo, hay cartas argumentablemente mejores para efectos similares, como Damnation o Languish, que ofrecen borrados de tablero más eficientes sin el aspecto adicional de animación de tierras. Awaken doesn’t give the land you control a color. As most lands are colorless, in most cases the resulting land creature will also be colorless.

If the non-awaken part of the spell doesn’t require a target and you cast the spell for its awaken cost, then the spell won’t resolve if the target land you control becomes illegal before the spell resolves (such as due to being destroyed in response to the spell being cast).

If the non-awaken part of the spell requires a target, you must choose a legal target. You can’t cast the spell if you can’t choose a legal target for each instance of the word “target” (though you only need a legal target for the awaken ability if you’re casting the spell for its awaken cost).

If you cast Rising Miasma for its awaken cost, creatures will get -2/-2 before the land you targeted is turned into a creature. Unless it was already a land creature before Rising Miasma started resolving, it won’t get -2/-2.
