1-Cast Fall of the Thran.
2-Play the land, triggering Sage.
3-Resolve a Sage trigger to add a lore counter to Fall and return two lands to the battlefield, triggering Sage twice more.
4-Resolve a Sage trigger to add another lore counter to Fall.
5-Return two more lands to the battlefield, one of which must be a Plains.
6-When the lands enter the battlefield, place both Sage triggers on the stack first, followed by the 7-Shepherd trigger, targeting Fall with the Shepherd trigger.Resolve the trigger, returning Fall to the battlefield and destroying all lands.
Repeat steps 3-7.
Note that more than one plains will allow additional Shepherd triggers, enabling you to return permanents other than Fall or lands to the battlefield.
