Esta carta, Raze, beneficiaría a los mazos que se centran en estrategias agresivas y buscan perturbar la base de maná de su oponente. Sin embargo, hay mejores alternativas como Stone Rain o Molten Rain que no solo destruyen una tierra sino que tampoco requieren sacrificar una de tus propias tierras. Raze podría considerarse para situaciones específicas o estrategias de mazo específicas, pero en general, es posible que no se juegue mucho en comparación con cartas de destrucción de tierras más eficientes.
