This combo will only work if there is another Ghostly Flicker or an Illusionist's Strategem in the graveyard. Because of timing rules, the Ghostly Flicker that is on the stack has not resolved, thus will not be a valid target for the Archaeomancer or Mnemonic Wall to return to your hand.

When

Ghostly flicker

resolves, shouldn't it be in the graveyard? So it resolves -> go to graveyard -> creatures flicks -> the triggers go the stack -> you target it again
