Bearer of the Heavens dies and a trigger is put at the end of the turn to destroy all permanents.
Gift of Immortality brings Bearer of the Heavens back and puts its trigger to reattach at the end of the turn as well.
Gift of Immortality returns and reattaches first, then Bearer of The Heavens destroys all permanents including itself.
The triggers then are again put out for the next turn and repeat infinitely until either piece is removed, which is unlikely with all permanents except Bearer of The Heavens gone.
