Feroz's Ban, Artifact, designed by Heather Hudson first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 5.32.
This card would benefit a control deck that aims to slow down the opponent's ability to play creatures by taxing their mana. While Feroz's Ban can be effective in certain situations, there are better options available such as Thorn of Amethyst or Sphere of Resistance, which provide similar effects at a lower cost. Feroz's Ban may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats due to its high mana cost and limited impact compared to other options.
