This card would greatly benefit a Commander deck focused on Giants, as it can turn your Commander creature into a powerful 10/10 Giant. However, there are better options like Urza's Incubator which reduces the cost of Giant spells you cast, making it more efficient in a Giant tribal deck. While Raised by Giants can be fun and flavorful, it may not be the most competitive choice for optimized gameplay.
