- This a TOTALLY FREE tournament! - We will be capping the amount of entrants to 50. - Decks must have a minimum of 60 cards for the main deck, with no maximum size. If using a sideboard, it must consist of exactly 15 cards. - Other than Basic Lands, a deck may not contain more than one (1) copy of any Pauper-legal card. This includes cards in your sideboard. This rule overrides card text which allows any number of copies to be played in a deck. This includes cards such as Persistent Petitioners, Relentless Rats, etc. Again, no more than one (1) copy of any given card. - Snow-covered lands are considered Basic Lands. -

- BotB 5.0 will follow the official ban list for the Pauper format, which can be found here - https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/formats/pauper. If a card is banned before the conclusion of this event, it will still be considered legal. ::: RULES FOR CREATING ROOMS IN MTGO ::: - Be honest and respectful to your opponent, and to anyone that may be watching. - Click "I would like to play", then you will appear in the standings. Put your MTGO name and Pauper Guild or CardsRealm Discord name in your account profile. - Matches must be created in the PAUPER TOURNAMENT PRACTICE Room, with the following name: "[BoTB] R1 vs Opponent's MTGO name/Table #". - Matches should allow spectators. - Again, be sure to import your finalized decklist into your CardsRealm account for verification

Battle of the Brews 5.0 schedule

- Monday, February 1st @ 6pm CST (18:00), 9pm BRT - Registration ends @ 5:45 CST (17:45) - Up to 5 rounds of Swiss, no cut Top 8 - After a round begins, players will have 10 minutes (Clock on the round page) to find their opponents. Players who do not show up will receive a match loss. - For players having technical/connection problems, MTGO will decide the winner. :::: HOW TO PARTICIPATE :::: - You must have a free account on the Cards Realm website to register a deck list and play in the tournament. - This event will be broadcasted live on the Cardsrealm Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/dracv_pauper - IMPORTANT: Don't forget to register your MTGO NICK on Realm Cards.
