While Arcbound Overseer's ability to distribute +1/+1 counters is powerful, it may be outclassed by Arcbound Ravager in terms of versatility and impact on the board. However, Arcbound Overseer could still see play in decks looking to maximize the modular mechanic and capitalize on the potential for explosive creature growth.
