Fevered Visions es más adecuado para un mazo de control o tempo que tiene como objetivo alterar el tamaño de la mano del oponente y causar daño incremental con el tiempo. Si bien puede ser efectivo en ciertos enfrentamientos, hay mejores opciones disponibles, como Narset, Parter of Veils, que puede impedir que los oponentes roben cartas adicionales por completo. Que Fevered Visions entre en juego depende de la estrategia específica y del meta del mazo, pero puede ser más situacional en comparación con otras opciones de cartas.
