Expert MTG enthusiast claims to have bought every card ever printed

Having a sizeable collection is already an incredible feat on its own for many Magic: The Gathering players, and the longer or more invested someone is in enhancing their collection, the more impressive the collection is. With three full decades of history and releases, though, the feat of having bought every card ever made is not something someone would claim carelessly.

With reports stating there are more than 25,000 Magic cards, this simple number alone would make this feat remarkable, to say the least, but the fact that the cards vary in price, with some even reaching thousands of dollars, makes this claim even more incredible. This collector even claims to have bought the foils, cards with different treatments, and Secret Lairs, to be part of their collection as well.

The older the cards are, additionally, the rarer they become, particularly if the collector aims to get them in a good condition. But, still, Jeremy (@MissouriMTG), a familiar face to some MTG players online, claims to have bought them all.

Yes, all of them.

The statement was made over on Twitter, where the player showcased what seems to be two walls of binders worth of cards, each tagged with their different icon sets and everything.

They also say they have some boosters up for sale, if anyone's interested.

Naturally, this gathered some traction online, and soon countless replies came with more questions about the collection:

According to the replies online, he really does have everything, including foils. This means these binders can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Jeremy even has the alpha and beta cards, which are the oldest and could go for quite a bit, if we're talking, for instance, about a good condition Black Lotus.

Though we only have his word to go by, if these claims are indeed true, this is definitely a feat to go in the record books.
