Activate Mimic Vat's ability to create a token that is a copy of Identity Thief
Attack with the token, Identity Thief's ability will trigger, exile Medomai to make Identity Thief a copy of it.
Have the token deal damage to the opponent to trigger Medomai's ability, take an extra turn.
At the end of the turn, return Medomai to the battlefield
Repeat the process for infinite turns.
