Grindclock, Artifact, designed by Nils Hamm first released in Oct, 2010 in the set Scars of Mirrodin and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.88.
A mill deck in Magic: the Gathering, focused on forcing the opponent to draw cards from their library until they run out, would benefit from using Grindclock as it helps accelerate the milling process. However, there are better cards like Mind Grind or Fraying Sanity that can mill more effectively or disrupt the opponent's strategy. Grindclock could see play as a budget option or as a supplementary card in a mill deck, but may not be a top choice in more competitive settings.

If Grindclock isn’t on the battlefield when its last ability resolves, use the number of charge counters on it when it left the battlefield to determine how many cards to put into the graveyard.
