This card, Sequestered Stash, would be beneficial in artifact-heavy decks looking to recur key artifacts from the graveyard. While it provides a way to potentially bring back an artifact from the graveyard to the top of the library, there are potentially better options like Academy Ruins or Buried Ruin that offer more consistent artifact recursion. However, Sequestered Stash could still see play in decks that specifically need its ability to put artifacts back on top of the library for strategic purposes.
