Source primordiale, Terrain, conçu par John Avon sorti pour la première fois en Sep, 2017 dans l'édition Ixalan Promos et a été imprimé exactement dans 3 formes différentes. Il est actuellement vendu au prix le plus bas de € 0.79.

Cette carte, Primal Wellspring, serait très bénéfique dans un deck de contrôle chargé de sorts qui se concentre sur le lancement de plusieurs sorts instantanés et rituels. Elle peut offrir une valeur significative en permettant aux joueurs de copier leurs sorts et éventuellement de cibler différentes menaces ou adversaires. Bien qu'il puisse y avoir d'autres cartes offrant des effets similaires, la flexibilité de Primal Wellspring et son potentiel pour des jeux explosifs en font un choix solide pour les decks cherchant à maximiser l'impact de leurs sorts. Elle devrait certainement être jouée dans des decks capables de tirer parti de ses capacités et synergies uniques.
