Jalum Tome, Artifact, designed by Tom Wänerstrand first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 18 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.02.
This card, Jalum Tome, could benefit a deck that focuses on card advantage and graveyard interactions, such as a control or midrange deck. However, there are better options available like Staff of Nin which not only draws a card but also deals damage to any target, providing more value for the same cost. While Jalum Tome may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or budget decks looking for card draw options.
