Modern: Bant Nadu is the most played deck in Pro Tour MH3

The Metagame of the Pro Tour Modern Horizons 3, which takes place this weekend, has been revealed. As pointed out by the results of Challenges and Leagues on Magic Online, the new expansion brought several new archetypes to the format.

The diversity of new archetypes wasn’t the only notoriety of the event: Bant Nadu, considered by some players as a degenerate strategy, holds first place with 20.2% of the Metagame share, more than double the amount of Ruby Storm and Jeskai Control, two decks known to have a decent matchup against the most played archetype.

In addition to these, Mono Black Necrodominance and Eldrazi archetypes stand out alongside Boros Energy and Jeskai Wizards, defining the atmosphere of Modern's biggest competitive event of the year alongside other innovations, such as lists with Dress Down and Nulldrifter.

Despite the high presence, Nadu, Winged Wisdom is the third most played card of the event, with Galvanic Discharge and Phlage, Titan of Fire’s Fury present in several strategies.
