Questa carta, Besmirch, sarebbe utile in un mazzo che si concentra su strategie aggressive e sul furto delle creature dell'avversario per farle combattere tra loro. Potrebbe adattarsi bene in un mazzo aggressivo basato sul rosso che cerca di disturbare lo stato del campo dell'avversario e di applicare pressione. Tuttavia, ci sono potenzialmente opzioni migliori come Atto di Tradimento o Minaccia che offrono effetti simili a un costo inferiore, rendendo Besmirch meno competitivo in termini di efficienza.
